PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

The Premier Protein PoweredBy Gopuff Giveaway is a limited-time free product distribution running from January 5 through January 9, 2026, between 5:00 AM and 12:00 NOON EST each day. During the program window, Sponsor and Gopuff will offer free samples consisting of one (1) Premier Protein tetra from a 4-pack, delivered through Gopuff at no cost to eligible participants.

All delivery fees and driver tips will be covered by Sponsor. The giveaway is available only in select Gopuff delivery zones and only while supplies last. Once the daily allocation is claimed, the giveaway will close until the next eligible date.

ELIGIBILITY:

The giveaway is open to:

  • Legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (D.C.)
  • 18 years of age or older at time of participation
  • Individuals residing in a participating Gopuff delivery zone during the promotional period

Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO CLAIM:

  1. Visit the official microsite: During the promotional period, go to the co-branded Premier Protein x Gopuff giveaway website between 5:00 AM and 12:00 NOON EST.
  2. Claim your free sample: If the giveaway is active and the daily supply remains, claim one (1) free Premier Protein tetra to be delivered instantly via Gopuff. Delivery fees and driver tips are included.
  3. Claim limit: Limit one (1) giveaway claim per person per day.
  4. Availability: No purchase necessary. The giveaway is available only while supplies last. Once the daily maximum allocation is reached, the site will close until the next scheduled day.

AVAILABILITY:

  • The giveaway is only available in select Gopuff delivery zones, as determined by Gopuff in its sole discretion.
  • Eligibility for market participation may vary each day depending on inventory availability and operational capacity.
  • Once the daily supply has been distributed, the giveaway will close until the next eligible date in the promotional period.

PRIZE DETAILS:

  • Each valid claim results in one (1) Premier Protein tetra from a 4-pack.
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per claimed unit: ~$3.25
  • Total ARV for the promotional period will vary based on the number of giveaways fulfilled and maximum daily allocations.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor and Gopuff, which are final.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Sponsor and Gopuff are not responsible for:

  • Technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or system failures that prevent successful claims
  • Delays or failures due to high demand, operational limitations, or local delivery constraints
  • Delays or non-delivery due to weather, staffing shortages, inventory limitations, or other conditions beyond their control

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Gopuff, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or receipt and use of the free sample.
